Professional Organizer

Are you organized, love helping people, have tons of energy and like a varied schedule? this could be the career for you.

 

Our growing home staging and Design company is hiring de-clutter/organizing assistants for on-call basis . Hours vary and we cannot guarantee a minimum number.

 

Pay starts at $12/hour - $15/hour. We work with people with A LOT of clutter (home/office).  We also do moves/relocations within and around Winnipeg - the process is usually to de-clutter, pack, unpack and organize.

 

We are looking for people with a kind heart, and compassionate. Ideally you should be able to quickly assess complex clutter situations, untangle really terrible clutter, sort items into appropriate piles - all without judgment.

 

We are also interested in people with good packing skills and an eye for detail. You must be able to follow direction and work with a team. You also need a strong body (we lift heavy trash bags!), and an ability to withstand terrible smells (sometimes conditions are deplorable). You must be able to pass a criminal background check. Locations, schedules, and hours vary. You’ll be required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement.

Duties Include:

  • -Assisting clients with decluttering, packing and unpacking for moves, set-up and organizing

  • -Working with  the team to performing a wide range of organizing tasks

  • -Communicating and coordinating with clients and organizers

Requirements:

  • -Have own transportation

  • -Excellent interpersonal, communication.

  • -Open availability

  • -Capable of working in residential and office environments

  • -Ability to work in dusty conditions on occasion

  • -Must be in excellent physical condition and able to carry at least 35 lbs
